Workforce Logiq Mobile is a cloud-based app that enables you to manage your contingent workforce program using your smartphone or tablet. If you have a small or medium business that needs to hire and manage a contingent workforce of part-time or full-time workers, you can now get all the benefits of a VMS, without the need to install a desktop computer.

You can view and approve employee requests for leave, obtain signatures for leave approvals, and send email notifications for missed shifts. You can also view employee wages, benefits, and hours. Plus, you can see the employee’s previous shifts, so you’ll know when they need to be rehired.

When you're ready to begin your recruitment, just send an email to the entire group, and you’ll receive a personalized message with the employee’s resume. You can also view the employee’s previous positions, so you’ll know where to hire them.

The mobile app also includes built-in forms for requesting and approving expenses, timesheets, and employee leaves. Plus, you can add custom forms as needed. If you ever need to send an invoice, you can create one using the app. And if your employee ever loses or steals their phone, you’ll be notified so you can recover it.
